Casablanca Hotel - Maison Blanche

The hotel has an excellent location, with easy access to the airport and nearby restaurants and shops. the daily housekeeping and good breakfast service are commendable. the multilingual staff is very welcoming and helpful. Guests can enjoy reliable and free wifi connection throughout the hotel. the hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities like air conditioning, flat, screen TV, and a mini, fridge. the rooms also have en, suite bathrooms equipped with a shower, hairdryer, and toiletries.

Some guests have had issues with their reservations and room availability, which can cause inconvenience especially if arriving late at night.

Great location and welcoming team. the hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and within walking distance to the train station, making it easy to explore the city. the team was friendly and spoke multiple languages, which made communication much easier. They provided daily housekeeping, and the breakfast was good, giving guests a great start to the day.

the language barrier with the night guard was a bit challenging, but the situation was eventually resolved by speaking with hotels.

The hotel's location was fantastic. It was conveniently close to the airport, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. We also loved that there were several restaurants and shops within walking distance, giving us plenty of options for meals and shopping. the nearby train station was a huge plus, as it allowed us to easily explore downtown and other cities during our stay.

We did encounter a major issue during our stay. The language barrier with the night guard made the situation more challenging, and even though the manager was contacted, we were not able to resolve the issue.
